How long will the stock arrive for pre order items?
Normally the stock will arrive in around less than 1 month time (for clothes) / 2 months (for bags), after submission of order. Order will be submitted when reach an accumulated of 20 pieces.

What if the item that i ordered was out of stock?
We will fully refund for you if the items are out of stock.

How to differentiate the "number of loves" showed in the main page?

Do you accept combine shipment with other items?
Yes, of course. But you have to wait till all the items arrive then we will send out for you.

How do you send out the items that we ordered?
We will send out by courier to your doorstep or COD at selected location.

You can bank in by despositing cash or thru online deposit transfer @ Maybank & Public Bank or by Ipay88 credit card Provider. You will receive my bank details after you have checked out.
